2026 VENDOR AGREEMENT (Terms & Conditions)

East Liberty Fall Festival
Presented by the East Liberty Chamber of Commerce

Saturday, October 24, 2026
Broad Street (between North Highland & Centre), Pittsburgh, PA

TIMELINE

  • September 1, 2026: Final deadline for application & full payment ($50 late fee applied after September 2)

  • September 25, 2026: Approved vendors will receive setup instructions

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tent (10x10 recommended; up to 12x10 allowed)

  • Tables, chairs, coverings

  • Signage

  • Power/electricity if needed


FOOD & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Food vendors must provide Allegheny County Health Department certifications.


TRASH & CLEANUP

  • Flatten all boxes

  • Remove grease/oil

  • Maintain clean booth space


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Space Reservations
Space is confirmed after signed agreement and payment. Booth placement is determined by the Chamber.

2. Care of Booth Space
Vendors are responsible for setup and cleanliness.

3. Setup & Attendance

  • Setup by 1:00 PM

  • Staffed from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • No early breakdown (fee $100)

  • All booths removed by 7:00 PM

4. Event Logistics

  • Street closed 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Tents cannot be staked

  • Vendors supply all materials

5. Insurance & Liability
The Chamber is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

6. Alcohol Vendors

  • Must follow PLCB regulations

  • Must obtain permits

  • Must check IDs (21+)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • 50% retained if canceled beyond control

  • Full refund if canceled by organizers
